“I founded Pink Dynasty in 2015 after seeing talented women work incredibly hard yet still face barriers unrelated to capability. What started as a small mentoring initiative has since grown into a registered UK charity supporting women through practical career support, financial wellbeing guidance, community events, and honest conversations about the pressures many women quietly carry.

Building PD remains one of the things I’m most proud of. At its core, the work is about helping women feel less alone and more able to build lives that feel true to who they are, not just who family, culture, religion, or circumstance expected them to be.”

“I first joined Pink Dynasty in 2024 as a web designer and developer, supporting the charity’s rebrand and website relaunch. I was drawn to its mission of empowering women from underrepresented backgrounds and raising awareness of the challenges and push back they face in their careers and finances.

Returning in 2026 as a Trustee, I look forward to strengthening the organisation’s digital presence and supporting its future growth and impact.”
